Sculptural and refined, the Kampur dining table is distinguished by its harmonious interplay of form and material. The substantial circular base supports an ovoid column, which elevates a thick, round Carrara marble tabletop, delicately inlaid with striking Nero Marquina marble. The contrast between the luminous white of Carrara and the deep, dark veining of Nero Marquina creates a bold, graphic presence, exuding sophistication and elegance.
Reflecting Michele De Lucchi's signature design approach in the 1980s, the table blends sculptural elements with functional form, turning an everyday object into a statement piece.
The Kampur table exemplifies the craftsmanship of Up & Up, an Italian manufacturer renowned for its mastery in marble and fine materials, showcasing the pinnacle of Italian design.
Important: The table is made up of three separate parts that sit one on top of the other. Each of these parts is very heavy, especially the top. Given the value and fragility of the object, delivery can only be made by special transport with several strong men, capable of carrying the elements safely.
